Custom & Personalized Items – No Return Policy

Thank you for supporting our shop! Every item we create is made especially for you. Because our products are customized and personalized with names, dates, photos, school colors, or other unique details, they cannot be restocked or resold to another customer.

For that reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been approved and sent to production.

Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof (when applicable). Please review your proof carefully. This is your opportunity to check spelling, dates, colors, photo selection, and layout. By approving the proof, you are confirming that all information is correct and authorizing us to print exactly as shown.

We are not responsible for:
• Spelling errors provided by the customer
• Incorrect dates, names, or details submitted at checkout
• Low-resolution or blurry photos uploaded by the customer
• Color variations between screens/monitors and printed products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take pride in quality and careful packaging. If your item arrives damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Because each order is uniquely made, refunds will not be issued. Approved claims will be handled by replacement only.
